<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Fierul este baza hemoglobinei, care transporta oxigenul in sange (75-80%). Datorita participarii sale, celulele corpului „respira”. De asemenea, fierul face parte din peste 70 de enzime si proteine. Asigura functionarea sistemului imunitar, sinteza hormonilor tiroidieni, toate procesele metabolice, metabolismul energetic, diviziunea si cresterea celulara.</span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">ficat (in special de porc si vita), rinichi, limba de vita, stridii, midii, creveti, miel, carne de cal, caprioara, carne de iepure, gasca, oua;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">hrisca, linte, fasole, mazare, soia, fulgi de ovaz, mei, ciuperci;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">migdale, floarea soarelui, mac, susan;</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">spanac, macris, gutui, smochine.</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Important: pentru absorbtia corecta a fierului este necesara vitamina C: se vor adauga in dieta fructe, suc de rodie. Acidul folic si cuprul, care se gasesc in soia, varza, legumele verzi si fructele de mare, pot afecta absorbtia acestuia.</span></span></p>
